The staff were good, everything else was useless. There were huge rats 🐀 in the room; they chewed through my bag and also gnawed at the food I had kept there, ruining it completely. The room was terrible, and the bathroom was third‑rate—it wasn't even fit for one person to bathe properly. It was overpriced and awful; I have never seen such a bad room before
