The staff and location were great. The AC was very noisy, and it would have been better if it could be turned off entirely at night. Also, using single‑use plastic cutlery and paper plates for breakfast instead of china and metal is outdated; that should be changed.

The spot is right by downtown Lawrence, so I parked in the underground garage and could walk everywhere; the weather was great and the fire pit area was nice. The TV was broken, but I didn't really need it.

The location and covered parking were good, and the restaurant was nice. However, the management sold me a room with features that weren't what I was shown, causing a serious problem.
