The reception staff were very friendly and everything was very clean.

The room gets too hot and noisy, there's no ventilation, and the internet is slow; the fan I requested arrived a day before my departure and didn't work well. The excessive heat and noise in the room are a problem.

The location is just a few meters from Unicentro, walking through a quiet area, and it's also convenient for guests who need to be in the north. The parking ramp is somewhat steep and cars risk bumping into each other.
