The room offered a nice view of the river. The food was only average; breakfast was fine, dinner could have been better, and a more tailored menu would have been appreciated for all times. Tea and snacks definitely needed more variety.

The view from the room was great. Initially, some amenities were missing, so we had to call for them and they were eventually supplied. Overall, the stay was good.

The location is good. Everything else was pretty bad. The staff were not professional at all and had no idea how to work in hospitality. The breakfast buffet was below par with very limited options and not much taste. Clearly no value for money. The staff were so unprofessional they couldn't even get coffee in time when asked for it.
