A stunning setting with a lot of charm. This former monastery turned out to be a lovely find, surrounded by a pleasant environment and a very friendly reception team. However, we were disappointed by the room’s cleanliness. The beds were poorly made, giving the impression that one had already been used. The toilet and shower cabin were not properly cleaned, with stubborn grime that was hard to accept for a spa hotel. We reported the issue upon arrival, with photos, but received no response. The next day we informed reception again. Even after they asked housekeeping, only the beds were reset, and nothing changed with the bathroom or shower cleaning. It’s a real shame, because better upkeep and a more serious response to our complaint would have greatly improved our stay.
“Montañas, tranquilidad y silencio”
Its location alone makes it special. The moment you arrive, you can feel the atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and the views are beautiful. We visit once a year to do some hiking and enjoy good food. I recommend it.
The location is great, the peace is wonderful, and the restaurant is very good with excellent views. Breakfast comes with everything.
