“Sembrava di essere in famiglia...”

Teresa and Federica made us feel at home—though we weren't in a hotel, we felt like family. Our one‑year‑old daughter didn’t notice the change of environment and even felt pampered. The property’s location was ideal for exploring Val di Fassa; breakfasts were really good and the homemade dishes were lovely. The only downside was that the room was a bit small.

The view was great, and the breakfast and friendly owner were nice. However, the room was too small for two people, the mattresses were far too hard for our taste, there was no table on the terrace, and everything in the room was already worn out.

“Vétusté de l'établissement”

The only renovated room and the breakfast area were good, and there was a choice between savory and sweet at breakfast, plus the option to make a sandwich for a picnic. The overall state of the building and rooms was worn, the price was too high for what was offered, breakfast was the same for all four nights, and the cleaning of our room was lacking. When we arrived, the sliding door to the balcony was dirty and stayed dirty throughout our stay.
