The old building was lovely, the staff were all great, the location was ideal for exploring Stratford, and the food was excellent with plenty of options, but the price was high—booking directly would have saved a lot.

Very professional staff members that were genuinely interested about your stay. The food was excellent and Roxy and Carla were very efficient and had a smile for everyone 😀

I rated it 8.0/10. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making the stay delightful, and the food was great; they also accommodated our difficult dietary needs. The only downside was a cracked sink in the ensuite, which was a shame.
