“Poor hotel”
There wasn’t much to highlight. The price felt steep; I booked a deluxe room but the rate list didn’t include one. I stayed in a newly refurbished room that was very basic and didn’t justify the cost.
“Quite okay, value for your money”
Our stay did not include breakfast. The rooms are clean, comfortable bed but when we ask for extra pillow, the hotel charged us😩. We booked 3 rooms and the room where I stayed, had no internet
The staff were friendly, the place clean, and the location was good. I plan to return. Everything was fine.
The bed was comfortable and the suite worked well for a family. Nothing else to note.

The hotel sits right next to the city center, Rizal Boulevard, restaurants, shops, and the ferry terminal—ideal for a budget stay with easy access to Dumaguete’s downtown. The only drawback: the windows are present but that’s fine for me.
