A very quiet place away from the Ballermann tourists in the town center; free beach chairs are available and shaded spots with a nice view. Thailand has a trash issue, but that can’t be blamed on the accommodation; there was little litter around the property.

The resort sits on an almost deserted beach. Both the bungalows and breakfast are minimalistic—no fridge, no TV, no internet. Every day guests from another hotel were brought to the beach and took up the sun loungers. We couldn’t understand the friendliness of the staff and the chef, and the price was far too high for what was offered. It’s a shame, as the resort clearly has potential.

A very convenient spot for those seeking peace and escape from noise, and I felt well cared for by the hosts who were very helpful arranging transport and tours. The restaurant food was tasty. However, the breakfasts were not varied, and I also missed having a kettle and a small fridge in the room.
