I was dissatisfied with everything about this motel. It was dirty, and the staff were very rude and disrespectful. I also disliked the online booking process; when we arrived, no one was there even at 11 am, we were denied early check‑in, and we were not refunded. The motel was again unclean, and all staff were rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend this motel at all.
“Pleasant comfortable and very clean”
The young lady who checked us in was incredibly helpful; we had just come from a horrible hotel, and she let me see a room before paying. The staff were lovely, and I truly appreciated it. The only downside was the entrance: coming from the town side you have to pass the hotel, turn around, and come back, though that isn’t the hotel’s fault.

The hotel was a complete disaster. The room was a mess, the staff were unhelpful, and the whole experience was a nightmare. I'm not sure what was going on, but it seemed like they were completely unprepared for guests. Needless to say, I won't be back.
