The location was exceptional and the rooms were very big; the staff were extremely helpful and promised to do their best for any problems, though we did encounter a couple of water issues, but otherwise everything was fine.

I was struck by the old‑world charm and the enthusiastic, helpful staff who were keen to make sure everyone felt comfortable. The building is old and the fixtures, especially in the bathrooms, are dated, so if you’re after all the latest conveniences you might want to look elsewhere. Still, the beautiful furniture, art pieces and friendly people more than make up for those shortcomings.
