The hosts were extremely lovely.

“Soggiorno ottimo! Lo consiglio!”

The owner is very kind and welcoming. The room has a simple but clean bathroom with all the comforts. It includes a very handy mini fridge, a hair dryer, and bed linens with towels. The location is perfect in the center of Vrbnik, with a pharmacy, mini market, bar, and restaurants nearby. A 7‑minute walk takes you to a nice beach, and from the car you can easily reach other beaches. I recommend it. The room is not cleaned daily, but since everything is provided clean at the start, it isn’t a big issue.

We liked the location and the staff (Iva). The bathroom cleanliness was lacking.

“Bosszúság”

It’s in the center, but you can’t sleep near the live music. The bathroom is nice. The main problem is the host’s attitude, which is unacceptable—he’s evasive, nervous, and demanding. Anyone who earns from hospitality shouldn’t speak to guests like that; it spoiled our time there. Moreover, there is no advertised common area, the air conditioner is on, dusty, smelly, and very loud, so we couldn’t use it, and the Wi‑Fi is weak. Parking is far away on a steep street, and the apartment is tiny. I do not recommend it at all.
