HaTa Hotel

The beach is close and walking there is convenient, and the rooms were clean. However, when I booked two rooms one of them turned out to have very poor sound insulation.

“Excellent value, clean and comfortable with friendly staff.”

The staff were very friendly and attentive, offering daily room cleaning. Water, coffee and a kettle were in the room and it was nice to have a window to let natural light in. The AC was great and the room was clean, and very rare for such a good price the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet! One street over there are a ton of local places to eat, from small street stalls to restaurants. There is also a Corner shop 5 minutes a way and a bigger shopping centre about 15 minutes walk. You can also walk to the beach in about 10-15 minutes. Overall I was very impressed at the quality for the price, much higher than most standards in this range and better than I expected! The WiFi is not great but it is serviceable, I could even have a few video meetings and I always get a simcard so it wasn't an issue.

I didn't want to write a review but everything was very unprofessional. I waited until about 3 pm for a repairman to fix the sink, and large groups of schoolchildren and students constantly came to the hotel, causing loud night noise. No one even tried to make a complaint. The sound insulation in the hotel seemed like cardboard walls. I also want to point out a girl at reception who behaved extremely unprofessional and, to all my complaints, she said something like, "What do you want? We have a two‑star hotel, young receptionist girl." I think it's clear who she is; she was the only one and behaved extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I made a complaint, she stopped greeting and saying goodbye to me. In general, one night might be fine, but honestly, it left a very unpleasant impression.

“all in one nice hotel, with typical vietnamese problems.”

The location was great, the room was clean, no insects. The shower was hot, water and 3‑in‑1 coffee were free if you stay 2 days or more. One girl at the reception speaks English, which is actually great. However, the room shown in the pictures with a big window seemed to be non‑existent, so I got a room with a much smaller window, although there was enough light. They let me change the room due to problems with the toilet, though, which was not really working. There were flowers in the room which is nice but one more conveniently located socket would be better.

The hotel's large window front was truly stunning, offering breathtaking views and a sense of openness that made the room feel even more spacious. Unfortunately, my stay was cut short due to other commitments, and I didn't get to experience the hotel's full range of amenities.
