The receptionists were helpful. One morning there was no hot water.

The hotel is close to Gare du Nord, the staff are helpful, the bed is comfortable, and there’s a kettle in the room. The en‑suite shower in my room was rather compact.

The front‑desk team and the breakfast staff were very kind, professional, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice and sufficient, offering hot drinks, juice, bread, boiled eggs, cheese, butter, jam and fresh fruit. The bed was comfortable. The location was fine. The hotel area around Gare du Nord is pretty busy and popular. The triple rooms (2) are in a separate pavilion with a few stairs – no lift – which makes moving luggage hard, but the reception staff helped us with the luggage (my husband has bad issues and I was dealing with plantar fascitis, so without the reception team it would have been very difficult).

The location is great, the rooms are cozy and snug, and it has everything you need. The only downside is there's not much space to stash your luggage.
