The staff were very friendly, but the bathroom was covered in black mold and paint was peeling off the ceiling in the pool area, breakfast area, and bathrooms – a lot of updates are clearly needed.

The staff were courteous and very helpful whenever I called for assistance, but that was the only bright spot. The elevator was broken, so my niece—who has mobility issues—and I had to climb the stairs to the third floor. The TV failed twice, and it took the staff two separate days to restore service. The worst problem was a clogged sink that wouldn’t drain; we had to dump water from the sink into the toilet, which felt unsafe. Overall, this location was the poorest in the chain, even though I’ve had great stays elsewhere with the same brand.

“Overall the property is nice and in a great location; however, some members of the staff could be more friendly.”

The hotel’s location was excellent and the property itself was clean, despite some ongoing renovations. What annoyed me was a housekeeping staff member who stood outside my door just before 12 pm, loudly and rudely insisting I hurry up to leave because it was almost time. I checked out on schedule at 12 pm, so her comments were not only unnecessary but also disrespectful. If she needs to wait outside to turn down the room, she should do so without making negative remarks about paying guests.

“Excellent space for family stay.”

The stay was very quiet, the beds were super comfy, the staff was super helpful, and everything was very clean. Nothing to complain about.
