Check-in is very late so I deposited my luggage at the property for 560¥ per piece! I found a lot of hair by previous people in the bathroom and on the floor. When leaving my credit didn't work on the checkout machine so a very unfriendly, non english speaking staff member helped me out and I was charged additional fees that were not mentioned

Everything was clean, the rooms were spacious, and they were some of the cheapest in the Gifu region. Nothing negative.

The Love‑Bo rooms impressed with their huge beds, spacious bathrooms and roomy layout, plus a generous room‑service menu; I loved being able to choose Japanese or Western breakfast and the desserts were delicious, while the quiet, comfortable interior added to the experience, and the fact that you can step out if you wish is a nice bonus. The only drawback was that the room we stayed in lacked a fridge, so it’s worth asking about that in advance; otherwise nothing else to mention.
