GALIRAD Hotel

We booked a twin room but were given a single bed, and only one duvet that was described as double even though it was single size; after asking, they supplied a second one. No blanket was provided, so we froze. The bed felt hard, probably because we’re not used to that firmness. The room was clean and the linens were fine. We didn’t try breakfast because we had to leave early, but I think they could have packed it for us; it was definitely ready before 8 am. The price for the night was high.

The staff were polite and the canteen workers were responsive. However, there was no air‑conditioning, the curtains were light, the beds were uncomfortable, there were no shower cup holders, and there was no phone to contact reception.

I had a pretty good stay here, but it wasn't perfect. The staff was super friendly, my room was clean, and the bathroom was huge. Plus, breakfast was actually really tasty. That being said, it was a bit noisy at night - I guess some dogs were barking outside.

I liked this place, mainly because of the staff, location, and my room. That's about it, really - I don't have much else to say.
