The room sits right in the historic center of Naples, it’s huge, spacious, super clean, and comes with a balcony and top‑class air‑conditioning. Everything was spotless! The sheets smelled amazing and a very cold drink was already waiting when I arrived. Angela became like a sister to me. From the moment I got there she made me feel at home. She recommended a ton of things to do, and even though I already knew Naples, Angela gave me unforgettable memories from this trip. Every time I’ve been to the city, this was the first time someone truly made me experience Napoli like a local. She introduced me to great people while walking through the center’s alleys and showed me the beautiful bay golf on a scooter, explaining every historic site. Angela is a unique person with an amazing soul, a super courageous and loving woman. She transported me to another dimension, the real Napoli, and she embodies all the love I have for the city. My words will never be enough to explain how this was one of the best stays of my life. I was deeply moved by this encounter and it gave me a moment I will never forget, etched in my memory. I wish you a world of good, thank you from the heart for everything you did for me 💙💙💙 I will never have enough words to tell you how beautiful a soul you are, a queen with a big R!

“Very good value for money.”

The place is well located and the room looked nice, but the check‑in instructions could have been clearer from the start and there was no TV as shown in the pictures.

“Leggerezza nera gestione”

The central location was good, but there were four flights of stairs to climb without an elevator. The staff had told me they would hold my luggage for the few hours I needed before the afternoon train, but when I knocked on their door and then called, they didn’t answer or call back to explain, and they didn’t show up at check‑out, so I left the keys at their door.

The only positive thing about this accommodation is that the couple running it, the man, is a very kind person. I describe it with the owner’s words: an arrogant person who allowed herself to shout at us because the keys had already been given to us, we were late (if that was our fault, because we were in other circumstances) to present documents and especially to pay the tourist tax, a circumstance that was later sorted out. As the owner said, “I’m used to renting the room to room, zebras and prostitutes,” and that’s how the room was described. The presentation description was also incorrect because we didn’t even find the flat‑screen TV wires, there was no terrace, it was located after a staircase of nine steps, no elevator, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the bathroom had a WC button that stays stuck in the wall. The accommodation was not soundproofed, so you could hear shouting, shouting, and other noises.
