I liked how simple and clean the rooms looked. Everything else was fine.

The environment and equipment were quite good, the air‑conditioning was cool. On 9/20 the male front‑desk staff had a bad attitude, the check‑in in the afternoon was slow, and in the morning I had to wait a long time to unlock the door to drop off luggage; two male staff at the desk were all over the place and seemed uninterested in their work. On 9/21 the check‑out attitude was also unpleasant. The female staff at the desk in the evening was very friendly. Those two male employees need more training; otherwise the good facilities are wasted by poor service.

Overall clean, close to the station. The washlet was there but didn’t work.

The price was very attractive—under $500 for one person. Given the location, room type, and overall condition, the value for money is really high 👍🏻. The washlet in the room had a problem; after reporting it to the desk they said it was normal (apparently it takes a while to heat up?) but even after a long time it still didn’t work. I forgot to mention the issue again at check‑out, hoping this review will be seen 🥹.
