The place is stunningly beautiful and peaceful; the staff is incredible and the restaurant offers exceptional quality.

The private pool has a splendid view, the staff were welcoming and someone spoke French. However, the room was not a 5‑star level, the bathtub was in disrepair so I couldn’t take a bath, and the neighbors could see our private pool from their terrace, so privacy was lacking.

The staff are genuinely nice and the hotel feels special with its large cave rooms, private pools and amazing views, but at 500 euros per night I expected a proper 5‑star experience. Getting to the rooms was difficult, even though they help you with a small car. The TV is tiny, the bathroom paint needs repainting, and the pools aren’t heated – the water was extremely cold, which was fine for me but my wife couldn’t get in. We booked massages at the spa; my wife’s was decent, mine was the worst I’ve ever had – she seemed inexperienced, used too little oil, had poor pressure, and they didn’t even offer a glass of water afterward. When I reported it at the front desk, they said the spa isn’t owned by the hotel and wouldn’t do anything, which is unacceptable since the spa is on the premises. I asked for a refund of 150 euros for my massage but they refused.

Manza. Rezervasyon yaptığım oda 60 m2 suite Luxury infinity pool du ama bana verdikleri oda 45 m2 oda da kıyafet asacak garsonlar bile yok hiçbir şey çalışmıyor her defasında aramak gerekiyor asla 5 yıldızlı ve Luxury bir otel değil yarım pansiyon olarak rezervasyon yaptırdım ama şu bile extra sakın fotoğraf kara aldanmayın tayiliniz rezil olmasın
