I had a very nice stay at a spot right by the river with a big garden, and the rooms were very comfortable. The location is perfect for the new bus stop, and the staff were super nice. I’d recommend it!

There was nothing great about the experience. It was over priced and the service was very poor. Reception and other staff were very rude and would not resolve any complaints or issues. Breakfast did not have a good spread, and even the hygiene was very poor. Rooms were also unclean at check‑in time, and the safety lockers were not working.

The food was nice, but being in Manali, the authentic and traditional national dish was missing from the menu.

Garden area. I booked a royal suite. As per booking details it was written AC is installed in the room. But no AC was there in royal suite. I stayed on 27 june 2026 which was quite hot in Manali and without AC stay is not worth Rs 11000 for the room
