The hotel was centrally located, the staff were friendly, breakfast was great, you could sit inside or outside (with or without AC), and the room was fine.

“Comfortable,clean stay with good faculties”

The location is lovely and there are several hotels nearby; the room was comfortable and clean, we arrived early and were given the room early, and breakfast was included—a buffet with many choices.

“Accettabile, ma niente di che”

The facilities are fairly modern and clean, and the location is reasonably convenient (about a 20‑minute walk from the center). The room was noisy because of the general air‑conditioning system, which you couldn’t change (they told us it was the same in all rooms). We were assigned a room with a view, but the window faced a wall. Also, it wasn’t clear from the hotel’s description or other reviews that the two blocks were actually two separate buildings with a street between them, so for easier breakfast access I’d recommend staying in block A rather than B (if I’d known that earlier I’d have done it). Breakfast offered very few sweet options (which is common in Malaysia). Overall it’s acceptable if you spend most of your time exploring outside, but in my view it doesn’t justify the current rating or price.

“Parfait !”

Everything was flawless – nothing to complain about, everything was amazing! The bedding was incredible. The only thing was the climate control in the hallways was a bit soft, but that’s typical around the country.

I really liked how welcoming the staff were, always friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to public transport, restaurants, shops, and attractions, and you can walk to many places, which is great. It’s very clean, well maintained, and especially quiet – a truly good experience.
