The location was fine, but the staff’s behaviour was a problem.

location is fabulous. Access is sad ; staff attitude is average. Hotel policies are more of minimalistic . for ex , you dont have packaged drinking water even at a cost. nothing is available to eat between 10pm to 7.30 am . Not for direct bookings as good rooms and suites are not offered for non club Mahindra members ( a fact that should have been mentioned in the website)
