Room with 2 beds is so narrow. No sleeping lights. No drinking water No hangers in cabinet Bathroom had no place to hang clothes

The street was noisy and busy, making the hotel feel very loud. The location was bad. One room had a wardrobe in front of the window—why would that even be there? The window was useless; you couldn't see anything through it. The AC remote batteries were dead, so I couldn't turn on the AC. The door lock was broken, letting me open the door even when it was locked. I requested another room, but the only alternative had a window facing a shaft, was humid, and smelled. I ended up looking for a different hotel.

The staff were welcoming and accepted my requests. The air conditioning could be better; it takes a long time to cool down and the remote is hard to use.
