The breakfast was mediocre but the location was good. The room itself was pretty clean, except for the bathroom, which had hair.
“Overnight stay”
The idea of the room was appealing. The hair and water in the jacuzzi were disappointing, and the “greeting” by the fireplace didn’t work. I had left a note that it was our honeymoon night, hoping we would at least receive a congratulations. Breakfast around 8 had very few options, and when I asked for more eggs it wasn’t received well. The customer service and hospitality felt lacking.
The breakfast was good, but we didn’t like that the hot tub wasn’t working, and when the time was almost over the hot tub was running.
“A convenient, cozy hotel with friendly staff and spacious rooms”
The property sat on a main road with plenty of shops and restaurants, making it very convenient. The front‑desk staff were very nice and made check‑in and check‑out a breeze. The room was spacious and comfortable. Parking felt a little crowded, but there were always available spots.
“Not satisfied”
When we arrived at the hotel, I entered the hotel went to the front desk. Noone was there. After waiting for 5 plus min i called the hotel to inform them there was noone at the front desk to check us in. The coffee maker in our room did not work. The kleenex box that was provided had 2 kleenex in it. 2 of the outside enteramces were broke therefore could not use your key for entry and The entire place needs redone
