A small boutique house with only a handful of rooms, very quiet and clean, really nicely designed, had a minor issue with hot water that was fixed immediately, staff is very friendly.

Away from busy road and Lamai beach but great location. Contact and recommendations beforehand with the hotel were exceptional and very helpful. Thai kitchen restaurant just along the road is fantastic. Fresh and the chef is passionate and friendly. Housekeeper here at the property was lovely!. Nothing
