On 24.09.26 I booked a stay at this hotel via Booking, arriving from a long distance at 21.30; the reception was supposed to be open until 23.30, but the hotel was closed for four hours, the contact phone went unanswered, and 190 zł was deducted from my account; I had to find another place nearby and pay twice, so I definitely don’t recommend it—scammers.

Clean, fairly comfortable, and close to the old town centre. The bathroom lacks a vanity for cosmetics and a shampoo shelf in the shower; street noise and acoustic walls are an issue.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean overall. The hotel clearly shows signs of wear and needs a refresh; the bathroom was in poor condition and definitely needs updating. In the room the mattress frame was broken, the TV didn’t work, and the temperature was very high. Wi‑Fi was also non‑functional. Unfortunately, the number of problems was far too high for a hotel of this standard.
