Close to the town centre. Could hear people walking up and down the staircase; parking for private vehicles.

“Good location, own Onsen!”

Very close to the city centre, within walking distance! The hotel onsen is available for guests with tattoos, which was a big plus (though the water is much hotter there than in other onsens). The bed was very comfortable. The air‑con would not heat the room, so it was a bit cold.

Excellent reception staff, clean room, the accommodation is compact but not too small and comfortable. It is recommended to use a small bag because a large bag is difficult to move, especially on a slope and when there is snow; there is no elevator, so you have to go up the stairs.

“A great place to stay and ski. The main town center is a short 3 minute stroll. Very helpful staff.”

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, and the onsen was great while the rooms stayed very clean – a solid place to stay. The breakfast, however, was the same each day; it would be better if they varied it.

The shared bath was close, and the hot springs were near the well, making the stay affordable. Light meals were provided, and breakfast was included. Water bottles were available for 110 yen. The bath was extremely hot, which was a plus. It was disappointing that there was no coffee near the entrance, only tea and tea bags. It would be nice if fruit or yogurt were added to breakfast. Parking was free, which would be even better. I’m actually a repeat guest for the second time.
