The staff and welcome at the property, plus the warm jacuzzi and the view, were all excellent.

“Expensive and disappointing”
The refrigerator in the room was noisy, and there was no ice unless you went down to the lobby gift shop. Breakfast was cold and boxed, too pricey, and most of it was uneatable. Valet parking was the only option and also too expensive.
“Archi Ghuwalewala's stay”
The staff—especially Matthew Picus—were exceptionally kind, understanding, and caring, making the stay unforgettable; Baby Head of housekeeping, Bridgette at reception, and Mr. Vaas at the bar were also great. Breakfast should be complimentary for stays over $300 a night; that would set Marriott apart from other chains.
The location was good, but the windows were badly insulated, so we slept poorly because of street traffic noise, and the Wi‑Fi in the rooms was very poor. We should be refunded for the nights we couldn’t sleep.
