“Extremely misleading”

We were a group of two couples (four adults) and the bed setup—one double, one single, and a pull‑out on the floor—was awful, with no privacy door. The train behind made it extremely noisy, and the advertised facilities were false; don't book without reading carefully.

“Stijlvolle suite met heerlijk dakterras”

We loved the rooftop terrace, which was the biggest plus: spacious and comfortable. The jacuzzi was a highlight, and the apartment itself was stylish and well‑furnished, fully equipped. Unfortunately, for two of the four days we had water issues: on day two we had no hot water for several hours, which the host fixed that same day, but the next morning we had no water at all for almost the whole day due to a broken water pipe in Sorrento. The host couldn’t do anything about that, but it would have been nice to be informed proactively. The apartment is noisy; we knew there was a railway right next to it, but we were still bothered by other street and building noises.

We stayed in these apartments for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The apartment was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The overall condition of the property was also very poor. Most of the furniture and facilities were old, worn out, and in need of renovation. The apartment did not feel comfortable, clean, or well-maintained, and it was very different from what we expected based on the listing. We were genuinely unhappy with our stay and feel that the condition of the apartment did not justify the price we paid. We believe guests should receive a clean, properly maintained accommodation that matches the description and photos provided at the time of booking. Considering the poor condition and cleanliness of the apartment, we would like to review this case and provide us with an appropriate refund or compensation for our three-night stay

“The most beautiful place to stay - we will choose this for our next stay without a doubt!”

The room itself is absolutely beautiful and far exceeded our expectations—we fell in love with it. It’s well designed, spacious, and has a serene calm vibe that’s perfect for Sorrento, giving us the relaxed vacation mood we wanted. Everything was perfect, sound insulation is great, and the balcony with the tub is a bonus. The host replied promptly to our inquiries. The only downside is the building entrance, which needs major renovation; if that were fixed I’d give it a 10/10 right away. We loved our stay and will definitely choose this place for our next visit to Sorrento. When we first entered the building we were shocked, thinking this couldn’t be the apartment we booked, but once we climbed the stairs to the last floor and saw the apartment the wow factor took everything away. The host mentioned they plan to renovate the rest of the building soon, which would make it a 10/10. Another note: there is no elevator and the apartment is on the last floor; it wasn’t a huge issue for us, only when we were carrying luggage up and down.

“Regular”

The view is good and there is a jacuzzi. The kitchen was dirty; we found dirty utensils, the shower drain was clogged and we had to call for help, and water leaked from the shower because of the same issue. Overall, the cleanliness of the apartment was very average. There were no cooking or eating utensils.
