The structure was beautiful, truly wonderful, and we’ll definitely return! Everything was great, except a minor issue: there were a few ants in the bathroom; also the place is so nice that it’s a shame to only enjoy it for one day and one night—perhaps lowering the prices would let guests fully experience it and stay a few more days.

It was lovely, surrounded by greenery and comfortable. The furnishings were old and malfunctioning, the room kits were poorly kept, the staff was almost nonexistent, and the price was exorbitant for the quality.

Only the kitchen, which still costs you. It fell below expectations and the standards of facilities at those prices.

We had lodge 64 with lake view, a very beautiful room with maximum privacy, clean and comfortable. There is a shuttle that takes you from the parking to your room with your luggage. Large, warm, cool pools and a free-access hot tub. Canoes, pedal boats, and bicycles are free to use. The restaurant was fabulous; we ate very well at dinner, and breakfast was abundant, both sweet and savory with vegan options. The staff was all extremely kind. It’s not a resort issue, but I’m reporting it because it really threw me off upon arrival: the access roads, the surrounding area were in unimaginable neglect; those who work with such passion deserve a better-maintained environment from the authorities.
