The location is perfect, the hospitality is excellent, the room is great, breakfast is amazing, and the view from the room is stunning. You can bike or take a SUP board to the beach right in front of the hotel, and there are good restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast comes in four simple options, delivered to the room or served on the balcony or terrace; the staff and owners are friendly and always helpful. You can lounge by the pool with direct sea access and enjoy a great view of the water; it’s ideal for swimmers, offering good training conditions and clean water thanks to the narrow pebble beach and few tourists. For a sandy cove, you can drive about an hour and enjoy it best in the late afternoon or evening. The area is generally quiet, without children, though Greek taverns on either side of the street operate in the afternoons and evenings, which didn’t bother me as it fits a Greek vacation vibe. There are only a few rooms and a parking spot right on the hotel grounds. I’d book again because it’s not too crowded and I can train well in the sea.

In September the view is amazing, with sunsets over the water right in front of you. Rooms are clean and everything works well. The restaurant Simadi, right next door, is one of the best we’ve eaten at on the whole trip. The staff are polite and always ready to help. The pool is small but never crowded because there are only six apartments. Parking is on site. A gyro place is down the street and a mini‑market is next door on the other side. The beach is across the street. It’s a quiet street, so noise is very low all day and night. They provide paddle boards and bikes for guests. Breakfast on the balcony is excellent. The beach across the street is nice but not spectacular; however, Koviou and Kalogria are great, and if you don’t mind driving more, Lagonisi is absolutely wonderful.
