Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good at the restaurant. Very quiet and nice view looking at the hills. Was no milk in the fridge and the fridge needs replacing as the water bottles would freeze. No Wifi also

We went on a long wked stayed Sun night to Mon York is a peaceful clean town and beautiful to walk around with the night markets on it was busy, friendly people and good ambiance at Settlers tavern. We had dinner at a pub across the street from the town hall and awesome food even for my wife who is gluten free.

The location was great. Didn't get a code for the key lock as it's owned by another company/ Person. Went to the main reception at the york hotel to be told ,, they have nothing to do with the room I was provided.so had to keep calling some one else for the code and room number
