The Gym and environment was good, to be fair to them. I got to the hotel early in the morning at about 4.50 am. I was checked in, and I paid for a night. I had earlier booked for 3 nights from Thursday to Su day, but arrived on Friday morning. On Saturday, I had an emergency and needed to check out. I was detained by the facility manager that I could not check out. I either pay for the 3 nights or I stay the number of days I booked. That wasn't the only problem. She was the most rude and impolite reception staff or "hotel manger " I ever met. Customer relations was poor.zero. To cut a long story short, I stayed for a night and paid for 2 nights because I was told that from 4.50 am that I arrived till 11 am same morning was counted as a full day rate. I felt thoroughly embarrassed. They asked the security to ensure I did not leve the premised till I paid for the 2nd night I did not stay because they had sent their reports to the "boss" indicating that I was staying 3 nights. All attempts to get to the "boss" abroad were resisted and not allowed. I spent over 3 hours at the reception to regain my freedom. That was my worst nightmare in the hospitality industry. On the day I arrived, there was no water all through the day till 8pm. So after using the gym in the morning, I did not bathe till 8 pm, with several complaints of no water flowing in the rooms. I was later told that water was turned off while filling up the swimming pool

Our experience at this hotel was marred by subpar service, despite its visually appealing appearance. The hotel's management failed to meet our expectations, particularly in terms of providing basic amenities and timely service. While we appreciated the hotel's amenities, the poor service left a lasting impression.

Overall, this stay was an exceptional experience, with outstanding service and delicious food, but a minor issue with the air conditioning in the main bedroom marred an otherwise perfect stay.
