The place is comfortable and well located. I would have preferred the bathroom door to close fully; it feels like it takes away privacy.

The breakfast was great. I had a problem with no toilet brush, first stayed at the wrong Regio (2) hotel, the breakfast was good again, and parking cost 12 Euro in the public lot.
