“Ideal para tránsfugos, poco salubre”
The location is correct, with several bus stops, cafés (try Hodo Bakery, delicious and very friendly!) and the Dongmun market just two steps away. Easy access to the airport by public transport or taxi. Some reviews mention that Uber had trouble finding it, but that wasn’t our experience. They change towels if you leave them out, though they don’t explain it. Two major problems: staff and cleanliness. 1) LACK OF STAFF, UNFRIENDLY STAFF: they highlight this as a benefit when arriving with unclear signs, but it isn’t mentioned clearly in Booking. There is a machine from which sometimes a person attends you, but they lack willingness to help or understand you, at least if you speak English. The issue isn’t the level of English, it’s the lack of willingness to communicate: there is no staff present or clear instructions on how to do things (check‑in, check‑out, towel change, problems that may arise) and little willingness to help. Once, politely asking where the smoking area was, they hung us up. 2) LACK OF CLEANLINESS. The bathroom was full of mold, especially the shower filter, there was a leak in the toilet (UNHYGIENIC) and the balcony was so dirty we didn’t even go out, and the room wasn’t much cleaner (see the color difference of the pillows). EXTRA: they never checked our identity upon arrival; knowing the reservation name they hand you the key and someone could easily steal the reservation because they don’t check ID.
