“Great Value, Close to Bus Station and Central Plaza. Great Location and Perfect for Solo Traveler”

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast featured a wonderful fruit plate, great coffee, and excellent service. The room was very quiet and had a small outdoor patio with chairs overlooking the inner patio. It was close to the central plaza, great restaurants, and amenities, and only one mile from the central bus station, so I could walk from public transport to the hotel with minimal luggage. The inner patio looked better in the photos; it was small and not as attractive as shown, fine for breakfast and eating but not ideal for relaxing at other times.

“Triste!!!!”

Only the location was good; the cost‑to‑value ratio is abysmal, it doesn’t have its own parking, you’re charged extra, the room assigned to me stayed that way until the end of my stay, there was water on the floor in the room and bathroom, the shower curtain didn’t reach the floor and all the water leaked out—very bad experience for me and my family.

The location, rooms, food, and general staff service were good, but there’s no elevator and you have to carry luggage up and down the stairs, which was very uncomfortable for me since I had to go to the top floor with heavy bags; on the night I stayed, some guests were playing music on tables outside the hallway, they wouldn’t stop, and they talked loudly, making me feel scared while I was alone with my son, and no hotel staff intervened to ask them to be quiet, it was 4 am and they were blasting their music loudly.

“Placentera, puede mejorar, vale la pena, con gusto regresaría.”

The style, location, and comfort were great, but the bathroom was uncomfortable and there was moisture in the room.
