There was no staff to welcome us, no telephone line or Wi‑Fi, and we only got the owners’ messages the next morning.

The place sits in a gorgeous spot, the room is large and super comfy, and the music from the bar—bagpipes, guitars, and piano accordion—added to the vibe without being too loud. I’d highly recommend it; Oban’s distance isn’t a problem and you end up with an even better experience. Just note that the bar and restaurant shut down on Monday and Tuesday.

The vibe was fantastic and the staff were welcoming and friendly; the food was amazing and worth a visit. The room lacked a TV, but that probably did us good.

The dinner and breakfast we booked at the inn were wonderful, and staying at an inn felt like a fun treat. The rooms were large and comfortable, and we wish we could have stayed longer. The location wasn’t actually in Oban’s town centre, so we should have taken that into account.
