The location is good. The building feels old and tired.

“Choose your room carefully. Good location and facilities.”

The overall facilities, including the pool, BBQ, tennis court and available equipment, were excellent. The room was full of mould and the soft furnishings were extremely dated and worn; the couch was so dirty I didn’t want to sit on it. Mouldy curtains, couch, carpet, fake plants, etc. need to be replaced. The kitchen was adequate but everything was covered in grease; the dishwasher needs a serious cleaning, as does everything in the kitchen. The outside table was broken. Our experience with the staff was unusual. They seemed to assume every guest would be noisy, which was very strange and we were read the riot act upon arrival. As a family of four with young teenagers I could only assume they had previous bad experiences with other guests, but any interaction with the staff felt quite hostile.

“Peaceful Island Life”

Location, easy check‑in and check‑out. The studio had everything you need, even a washing machine. The grounds were beautiful 😊. Nothing was on TV; everything required logging into an account. Once there were movies and free‑to‑air TV, but now there’s nothing. The clothes airer was broken. I got rained on one day and needed to dry my clothes.

“Overall a pleasant stay.”

The room offered a pleasant view of the garden and plenty of space to move around; the beach was just across the road. The bed was comfortable and the private outlook was a bonus. I was close to the conference venue, and the staff communicated very well. The room and complex felt a bit dated, but everything was clean, well maintained, and safe.
