I booked a suite, but the bathroom was in such a bad state – the toilet seat was dirty with waste – that they gave me an apartment instead. The apartment hadn't even been cleaned before I arrived, and I still haven't received a refund for the suite I paid for.

The accommodation matched what we were hoping for, and the host was quick to help with anything we needed. The three dogs that live there are incredibly gentle, which made the stay even nicer.

The mattress was soft, the bedding comfortable, and the house itself beautiful. Reception was friendly and the location is a short walk to downtown, the squares, and the lake. I also loved the dogs that were around.
