The location, modern design, friendly staff and large parking area are all great, but the rooms are a bit small.

“A környék felfedezésére kiváló kiindulópont, bázis.”

I was initially unfamiliar with entering the building and room via PIN code, but it worked quickly and smoothly. The staff were genuinely helpful, explaining everything over the phone with pleasure. The area has excellent thermal baths, such as those in Dévaván and Füzesgyarmat. The online check‑in requires a lot of information, but I suspect that’s not specific to this hotel, it’s just how it’s done everywhere now.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was decent, the rooms were comfortable, and everything was fine until the end. For the price, you’d expect to be able to check in at the front desk during peak arrival times, but the reception only opens until 15.30 ! If you arrive later, you have to go through a cumbersome online process, including scanning passports, to receive a door‑PIN via the internet. If you’re a foreign guest without an international roaming plan on your phone, you’ll be left standing outside the hotel because no one is on site to help.
