Really good location, close to many lovely coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants, and very near the high street with more food options and well‑known brands. Clean towels were provided daily. The room was clean but did not match the online pictures; many cracks and damp marks on the walls made it look unfinished, and the blinds were broken. The staff member we dealt with at check‑in and check‑out could have been a bit more welcoming; he didn’t speak English, which was fine, but he seemed frustrated when we couldn’t understand him.

Great accommodation for those who prefer a simple structure over classic hotels, with a modern and always clean room. Convenient location for services and for visiting Beijing. Easy communication with the host, who was available and always ready to respond. Access to the rooms required a spiral staircase.

“Inmejorable ubicación”

The room was spacious, very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi‑Fi worked well; it’s also great for walking to the metro. However, the picture on Booking didn’t match the actual white‑painted room, and we entered through a café, so the check‑in area wasn’t visible.
