The rooms were spotless and the staff were really attentive, but the breakfast situation was confusing – they only gave us one breakfast for a two‑night stay even though the listing said it was included, and after the first night the host disappeared, leaving us in the dark.

The building itself was nice and only a ten‑minute walk to downtown, yet there was no Wi‑Fi so we couldn't even use the TV. They offered a refund for our data costs, but advertising Wi‑Fi when there isn’t any is misleading. The place was cramped for four people, the high bed made it hard for someone with limited mobility, towels were stained and worn, and breakfast showed up 45 minutes late on the second morning – overall not worth the price.

Super warm and pretty spot, great location and service. No doubt we’ll book it again if we ever return to Colombia.

Excellent spot and the building is cute, host was always available no matter the hour. Unfortunately the cleaning was pretty minimal and the breakfast was just something brought in from outside with very few choices.
