The location and breakfast were good; everything else was fine.
The staff’s attention seemed incredible; everyone was friendly and very attentive. They kept an eye on our needs and helped with every request we made, even on rainy days. The Wi‑Fi signal could be better.

The exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. We loved the beautiful colonial architecture, peaceful garden and terrace, and the excellent location in the heart of Oaxaca, just a short walk from the Zócalo, restaurants, cafés, and street food. The complimentary bottled water and continental breakfast were wonderful touches. Most of all, the personalized service made us feel truly cared for and at home

The place is very pretty, the staff is kind. The room was very comfortable and everything was immaculate. The shower pressure wasn’t bad but could improve. I think the prices are high compared to other tourist hotels elsewhere, since aside from the room and dining space, there are no additional services.
