The spot is right in the middle of everything, and the breakfast spread was surprisingly good. Staff were friendly and seemed to anticipate what we needed. All in all, it feels like solid value for the price.

The hotel’s location is definitely its strong point, putting you close to the main attractions. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a burnt‑out bulb and the breakfast was just average. It’s a decent base, but the little maintenance issues are noticeable.

I was asked to pay ahead of time directly to the inn, only to arrive and find that they had a single room left. They ended up moving me to a different property, “Pousada dos Reis,” which was basically lacking any proper amenities. The whole process felt disorganized and left a bad impression.
