The place is tidy and close to Juwair Mall, cafés, restaurants, shops, and everything else; the owner is generous. The water gets very hot at one point, and the drain keeps clogging, but the staff responds quickly and tries to fix it.

The hotel is near restaurants and a supermarket, opposite Juwair Mall, Carrefour, a barber, and other services. Nothing else.

The sea view was breathtaking and the hotel’s location is great. The barking was hard to locate, the furniture was a bit old, and sometimes you can’t find the reception staff when you need them.

A small family hotel in central Yomra (Trabzon suburb) with spacious, modern rooms that include a private AC, desk, fridge, TV, kettle plus tea/coffee set, and two bottles of drinking water daily from the staff. The lift is available. Inside the hotel there's a lovely Turkish sweets shop with high‑quality, budget‑friendly treats. Across the street lies the large CEVAHIR shopping mall and plenty of restaurants and cafés for every taste. The beach is roughly 300‑400 m away, and the airport is about a 10‑minute drive along the same highway that runs past the hotel. The price‑to‑quality ratio was excellent. If you need to be even closer to the sea, you might look for a similar place nearer, though that will be hard to find at the same price in summer. Breakfast is not offered, but the hotel is small and has no kitchen.
