The location was excellent, just a short walk from the sports complex, but there was no toilet paper in our bathroom; after calling the front desk we still had none when we came back from the concert.

Getting to and from the sports complex was a breeze, and the staff were great; the TV was broken when we arrived but they swapped a cord and fixed it in 30 minutes, which was a huge help with the kids.

The walk to the stadium for the concert was easy and felt safe. The room appeared not cleaned at all, especially the bathroom which was filthy. Thankfully a very nice front‑desk lady (name forgotten) gave us a new room that was reasonably clean, though the hallway from the lift was still dirty. There was also a lot of noise from other guests who had to slam doors because they wouldn’t close properly.

It was very a convenient location to the stadium. The bartender was the best she was so friendly. Front desk staff was not helpful and no personality. The room smelt funny, the door to the room was hard to shut. The shower doors did not close had to put a towel on them to keep them shut. Mold/ dirty shower
