The hotel's modern and tidy rooms were a plus, but it was pretty frustrating that people were smoking on our floor - it'd be great if they could make the whole place non-smoking. On the downside, the laundry service was a rip-off - 3500 rupees for a bag of clothes? If they charged by weight instead of item, it'd be way more family-friendly and they'd still make a good profit.

We enjoyed the breakfast, but it seemed weird that we only got one room key for two people - a bit inconvenient.

The hotel's quiet street and small garden were nice touches, but our room was tiny and didn't have a balcony, which was a bit of a letdown.

The breakfast spread was good, but we missed a few things in the room - an iron would've been handy, and the hair dryer seemed broken.
