The location was good, but the staff were unfriendly and the room had no windows to open, making it stale to moldy. Every craft activity in the room—tiling, painting, window work—was a mess. Breakfast was very modest for English standards.

The location is good, the staff are nice; the shower was weak and the temperature couldn't be adjusted, the breakfast buffet had limited choices, and the coffee was poor.

It wasn’t a great deal; the staff showed no empathy, a scalding shower never got fixed, there was no milk supply. If you’re a golfer it’s fine, but as a paying guest it’s bad.
