The hotel was good and the staff were friendly, yet the bathroom shower wasn’t working; next time please check that the shower tap is functional and not difficult to use.

The hotel’s location is good, but the mattress was old and uncomfortable, ruining my sleep; the room I stayed in was too small, and there weren’t enough sugar sachets for my coffee or a bottle of water.
